CONQUAS banding system

BCA introduced a new CONQUAS banding system on 25th May 2023 to help private homebuyers make informed choices prior to their purchase and these information will be made available on BCA’s Quality Housing Portal (QHP).

Under the new CONQUAS banding system, developers and builders will be assigned a rating from Band 1 (very low incidence of major defects) to Band 6 (high incidences of major defects).

Bands 1 and 2 recognise the good performing firms that have been consistent in the construction quality of private residential projects over the past 6 years.
